This unit has two spacious bedrooms. The master has a California King, two bedside tables with lamps, two USB charging ports, and a ceiling fan. On the wall is a new 4k flatscreen TV with Live YouTube TV with Chromecast. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a 4k flat-screen TV on the wall with Live YouTube TV and Chromecast. This room has a ceiling fan too. The living room has a new sofa that can convert into a queen sleeper sofa. This home can sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Stroll into town for a wonderful evening of dining in one of Carpinteria's fantastic restaurants, visit the Seal Rookery, relax on the sand, walk the beach or bring your surfboard and catch a wave… One of our favorite activities is to walk down to the punch bowl at low tide. There you can find tidepools, rock formations and possibly see some ocean critters.
