5 Bedroom House in Brewster

****All summer season weekly rentals beginning June 22 2025 and ending August 24 2025 are from Sunday to Sunday only. Please enter your dates accordingly****
This spacious home has central AC and WiFi throughout. Walk or bike to beautiful Cape Cod Bay’s Sea Street and Cold Storage Beaches or the harbor approx one mile away. This home is situated on a hill with great sunset views and is on a quiet cul de sac street.
A bright kitchen with granite and hardwood countertops open up to a large living room, with skylights, hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling and a large OLED TV with Sonos surround sound, perfect for nightime movies. There is a very large bedroom on the top floor with an ample sitting area, a king bed, a twin bed, and a full bath, There is also a spiral staircase to the look-out tower.
On the main level there is a large deck with treetop views and a front porch for sitting and rocking and sipping your morning coffee. There is another deck off the living room great for grilling, and eating outside. There is a bright dining room for eating indoors.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (one with a king bed and the two others with queens) with two renovated bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
The lower level has a large living/play area with a television, small kitchen and slider going out to the backyard, a full bathroom with shower and one bedroom with queen bed and a twin bed.
The backyard is the perfect place to watch a sunset, there is a place to relax in a hammock between the trees and a large grassy area at the bottom of the hill to enjoy a rousing game of badminton. There is also an outdoor shower.

Summary: Our rental far exceeded our expectations. The home was very well appointed and our family wanted us to live in the home forever so they could visit us. From the oldest adult to the youngest child, all 11 of us had a ball. The game room/garage was in use all the time -- games of Ping-Pong and pool. Outside -- games of badminton, volley ball, whiffle ball, and rockets. The lower level was reserved for the teen boys and zoom meetings. Perfect in every way. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one far exceeded everyone's expectations. We will be back. Perfect in everyway.
