Bayside Bliss is a unique and unforgettable home that certainly lives up to its name. Perched on the shores of the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay, this six-bedroom boasts panoramic views of the bay waters and access to a dock that allows boat enthusiasts to easily bring their boat with them on their 30A holiday. And when you want to explore the gulf side, the gorgeous beaches are only a ten-minute drive away.
Bayside Bliss is surrounded by an emerald green lawn. The spacious and open dining/family/kitchen area on the main floor is the perfect gathering spot for the entire family, with two spacious living areas to hang out and play games.
In the open kitchen, a center island has barstool seating for four people. The natural wood cabinets surround the premier appliances, which include a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen also features stunning views of the bay and is fully equipped to handle anything from preparing a stack of pancakes to heating up some take-out pizza.
Just upstairs is another living area, and a mini kitchen perfect for the little munchkins, or the unexpected vacation guest. In the living area, nautical blue walls and crisp white trim surround the classic fireplace, while a wall of windows and glass doors perfectly frames the sprawling view of the bay. A comfy, overstuffed sofa provides plenty of seating for everyone and faces the flatscreen television.

The first bedroom on 2nd floor is spacious and comfortable, with elegant wainscotting, cathedral ceilings, and a Queen-size bed as well as a day bed with a trundle.
