This holiday home is less than a 300m walk to Trial Bay Beach and is fully renovated on 3,000sqm block.
Upstairs is split system air-conditioned with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and boasts all new appliances, with Wi-Fi available. There is a separate lounge area downstairs, with a single bed. There is 3 bedrooms upstairs all with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has an ensuite and private balcony, while the second shared bathroom features a bathtub. The top verandah wraps around the house and has a gas BBQ and undercover outdoor dining area. Downstairs has a 4th bedroom with a 3rd bathroom, a large laundry with washer and dryer and 2 lock up garages.

Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Summary: We stayed here with family and kids and had a fabulous time. The house was big enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other and the location is great. Would definitely stay again.
