"Sole Mate" is located directly on the Bay in Morro Bay. The views are spectacular. It is wonderful for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bayside dining, barbecue, and drinks overlooking the water at sunset are amazing.
We have remodeled our deck area with lighting, patio furniture and a fire pit. This is in addition to the eating area adjacent, complete with propane bbq, sink, and Adirondack lounge chairs---all Bayside.
I live close by and am always available via text or cell.

Summary: This is a very unique place. You are right on the bay so there’s abundant wildlife to view while sipping coffee or wine off the back porch. Our group has stayed several places along the central coast and this was our favorite so far. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have fantastic views. The logistics of the house are a little wonky - for example the trash for the kitchen is in an adjacent room and the driveway is very long so you need to be careful. Overall it’s a winner. Kit is a very responsive host. You will be happy here
