Downstairs offers 3 spacious bedrooms all with glass sliding doors out onto the rear decks that offer views of the hills. There is another living with 2 couches for relaxing with a book.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome at this property. House trained dogs are welcome inside but are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms.
Guests have access to the entire house but not the garage.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.
The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.
All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.
