Negative: We arrived at the hotel at 24:00 There was no one at the reception when we arrived, and since it was our first time, we didn't know how to check in. Then we found a note in front of the reception with an emergency phone number. We called, and the woman who answered said we had to check in by ourselves. We tried to check in by ourselves; it was very difficult; it wasn't easy at all; it took us half an hour. We were also very nervous because we were tired. If I had known the hotel was like this, I would never have made a reservation. I could have found a better hotel for the money I paid. I definitely do not recommend it.
