Positive: Staff at check-in were excellent. We were greeted with champagne and a towel, and the experience was very positive. They couldn't have been more helpful and assisted us with all our needs. The hotel is a German chalet style and was very comfortable and furnished in local style. We were given great advice about local connections and attractions. It was a great place stay before going up Zugspitze.
Negative: A little out of the way, but less than €10 taxi to the train or bus station. The hot water/heating system was noisy.
