Positive: The flat has everything you need; water in the fridge, detergents, vacuum cleaner… even make-up remover. Good AC and modern, big Smart TV, even a washing machine.
Negative: The stairs are pretty though. It's clearly written in advance but your legs and knees need to be in good shape.
Summary: Great attention to details and you feel like being in a much bigger flat.
