You'll notice a beach ramp in the photos but please be aware that due to King Tide season, there is a few inch drop off from the bottom of the ramp onto the sand so it wouldn't be accessbile for those with mobility devices. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
