Charming beautiful house in the city most desirable location: Paseo; it's nested perfectly in OKC's urban core that is walking distance to the art district, all the new restaurants and bars.

● Location: There are 3 units on this property. This unit is on the right side.
● Parking: A designated parking spot is available on the right side of the front driveway. Additional vehicles are requested to be parked on the street.
● Backyard: The backyard is not fully fenced.
● Climate Control: The unit has a mini split with the remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
● Laundry: Not available now
● Noise potential: It’s one side of the duplex and it’s close to the highway so there is maybe some noise for those who are very noise sensitive but most of our guests don’t have any issues. Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have other units in the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

All windows have blind and curtains. We just rolled them up for the pictures.
This is an older house ( built in 1930) and we brought it a new life but we could not give you the expectation of a brand new house.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Please add your pet in the reservation if you plan to bring them. Dogs only. Up to two dogs max. $35 per dog, per stay.
We do not offer streaming services or cable TV. We provide the television, so please feel free to log in to your own streaming service account, and remember to log out when you check out.
We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
Weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.

The house is located in Paseo the Art District that get the quick access to entertainment and the highway.
Paseo - Art district- it's in walking distance. It is a lively, bohemian area filled with shops selling chic women’s clothing and stylish homeware, as well as restaurants serving Asian food, New American and casual burgers. In the evenings, the area is a bustling mix of trendy cocktail lounges and dive bars offering karaoke, billiards and live music.
The monthly First Friday Gallery Walk is popular for art shows and restaurant. My favorite are GORO ramen, Frido Southwest.
Plaza district- It's a short drive of 5 minutes that takes you till full of local stores, restaurant. Some of my favorite are Empire Slicehouse, Roxy's ice cream, the Press Film row and surrounding- 7-9 minutes drive that near main street. They have lots of craft brewery, Jones Assembly concert.
Midtown: 4-6 minutes drive- make sure to try Halls Pizza Kithen and Barrios.
Uptown: 2-3 minutes drive with some classic movie and adult beverages.
You will have the access to your unit only. Please don't access to other units, storage room, basement, attic or garage.
While it's in walk-in distance to Paseo, the house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, especially in the death-end street. This area has become one of the most expensive area in Oklahoma City ($230- $270/ sqft) and you can find some houses in front of us are more than $600,000 value (considered very high in Oklahoma city). It's also very close to the park if you want to talk a run or walk your dog.
The house (one side of the duplex) is fully furnished and decorated that make you feel at home without any clutter. Chic, minimal interiors showcase original pinewood floor with open concept living. You will also be provided cooktop, microwave, coffee and the toaster oven that saves you lots of time to warm up your food or make some quick simple meal.
Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation.
