Summary: My daughters and I stayed here for a month. There are a few easy fix reasons not to give this stay a 5 star review. Walking through the yard is unpleasant due to lack of upkeep (tall weeds). The kitchen is cute but lack of a disposal on the sink was a pain. The bedroom with the large bed has a closet, but no actual place to set your suitcase. Night stands need an upgrade. Transition from bad to good is the laundry off the garage. Yay, there is a washer and dryer. The room is a bit under construction during my stay and I think it will finish up well. The good: Bathroom has been remodeled nicely. Towels provided were soft and large. The floors throughout are new and easy to keep clean. The Dyson stick vacuum was a great help. Kitchen floor was super cute and the kitchen has a pocket door. The bedroom with twin beds is large and has nice built in storage. My favorite two items were 1 - A/C unit that we used in the afternoon during full sun days. A/C is not common for this area due to cool nights and mornings typical in summer. 2 - Access to use the garage. This is also uncommon with rentals I've used. Normally they are locked up as storage or something. We had two vehicles during our stay, one parked in garage and the other on the side of the garage . When we had guests, they had easy parking out front. My girls and I agreed we would stay there again.
