Positive: My friend and I had a delightful stay at Appartements dreCharme, 20 minutes drive from Corte. We loved the charming, rustic old stone farmhouse buildings, converted into comfortable self-contained accomodation. A peaceful location with a superb view of mountains, especially from the pool at sunset. We had a pleasant patio, which was perfect for breakfast and late evening meal (a bit too hot there in the afternoon). Air con was great on those super scorching summer days. Beds were good for sleeping and the two bedrooms were quite spacious, with sufficient storage space. Kitchen was basic and equipped with the necessities to cook a simple meal. Our host Valerie was really lovely, thoughtful and kind. Merci Valerie!
Negative: The bathroom was rather small, but okay. Living area inside was quite limited, so no space for a comfortable couch. This didn’t really worry us as we sat mostly outside on the patio or near the pool as it was hot fine weather.
