Positive: The apartment is very cozy and contained all what we needed. The communication with the owner was flawless. There is a wonderful pool which we really liked. There are supermarkets in walking distance and car can be parked next to the building which is located in private area.
Negative: There is an elevator, but it does not really have much of use. The entrance is in the midfloor, where the elevator does not stop, but it is only one flight of stairs, so it is still okay. It would be just more comfortable to have this option.
