Positive: The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The location is nice.
Negative: We had no information prior our booking how to enter the apartment and no instructions. We have received them fast when we asked but this was on the day of arrival so no proactively from the owner to send anything in advance. The apartment was super cold on arrival, no instructions how to turn on the heating (which is a pellet fireplace so it’s quite tricky when it’s all in italian in terms of buttons) so needed to contact the owner additionally for instructions. Also it was not loaded with pellets at all, we needed to figure out on our own how to do that. There was no hot water in the bathroom on arrival as the boiler was turned off - again no instructions how to turn it on. Needed to ask for this too. No place where to throw your garbage out of the apartment. The apartment is on a noisy street and it’s with a thin metal door so when cars go on the street it feels like they are passing inside of the apartment.
