Kitchen: with refrigerator frost free, stove and microwave, cabinets w / all necessary utensils, including blender, pressure cooker etc.

The Apt. has LCD TV (LED) 24 INCHES IN THE ROOM, great lighting, ventilation, is super airy, all for your comfort and satisfaction! Besides an excellent SACADA SIDE that gives to SEE THE BEACH, garage for 1 vehicle.
The BUILDING is totally safe: we have a 24 hour concierge + caretaker at your disposal! We have monitoring cameras with 24 hour recording in all corridors, elevators, garages etc.

 We rent ONLY for FAMILIES
 TAKE BEDDING, TABLE AND BATH
