Positive: The owner was very friendly and accommodating and speaks English fluently. Some neighbours were also very helpful. The flat was spacious and well appointed. The town was interesting to visit and good for kids: there is a large animal park that is free of charge and has moose, bison, deer and otters, etc.
Summary: We had a great time in Pforzheim thanks to the owner.
