This spacious apartment with a balcony terrace and Side sea is just a few steps away from the picturesque seafront of the port city. The tastefully furnished apartment is on the 1st floor of a newly built, well-kept home. Having your own garage box on the closed floor is particularly practical in the high season. With a towel over your shoulder you like to go outside in the morning and take a refreshing bath. In cloudy weather, the nearby Thalassotherapy attracts with soothing massages and seaweed baths. In a few minutes you can also walk to the lively centre, the port and the fortified city of La Ville built on the sea nearby. Concarneau is not only a popular resort, but also one of the most important fishing ports in France. Every day early seafood and all kinds of fresh fish are released here, which you can then buy directly in the market halls or at the cozy weekly market.
