Positive: The apartment was big and the view was really nice, there were elevators so it was not hard to transport bikes to the 5th floor. The value is ok compared to other places.
Negative: Some of the furniture/ equipment is in a very bad shape and show singns of use, as it is a very low-quality furniture. The couch is horrible. There are marks on the counter in the kitchen, stove that has broken glass, dishwasher that barely stays under the counter and is falling appart.
