Positive: Nice location and easy communication
Negative: Mismatch or confusing photos with the advertisement. Some apartments have big windows and direct view to the sea and harbour, while others are more to the back of the house or under the roof with roof windows - yes, with sea view, but you have to stand up in the window to look out. Our apartment was quite disappointing from that perspective, and it is not clear from the room descriptions which rooms have good views and which have not - and it makes a big difference. The kitchen did not have a cork screw - maybe a tiny thing, but still -you are in Spain, buy a bottle of wine to sit in the apartment for a cosy chat - and then, you cannot open the bottle ..... :-(
