Positive: ofc the rooftop terrace is a big plus with the lovely view and sunset. Maro is just a nice place. the flat is fine: gives you the basics for a nice stay outside definite downside is the lack of any soundproofing in the apartments - you hear all the neighbours literally cough (and worse).
Negative: hearing your neighbours do literally everything also the living room couch is terrible to sit on.
