Summary: The property and location were exactly as described. Grocery store is 2 blocks away, restraints and beach within 200 metres. The view from the balcony and one bedroom is even better that in the picture - possibly the best view ever. The other bedrooms look onto the expansive private green space at the back of the complex. Very quiet in general - there was a concert next door on Saturday night at the hotel, but it was over by 12:30 and the music was fine - every other night it was very quiet. The unit was a well equipped unit, nicely equipped kitchen, with fans in every room, windows on both sides for great cross breeze as well. Unit was super clean, WIFI worked fine, big fridge, new induction cooktop and Oven, Lots of hot water. We stayed for 7 days in July 2024, 2 adults and 14, and 17 year olds - lots of space for everyone. This unit was a great value considering it had 3 full bedrooms and was so close to the water.
