This family-friendly neighborhood is charming with sidewalks, nature trails, & private community playground.
We are always available to call or text up until 8:30pm at night. I do have a local crew that can handle most issues.
Seeing our area offers some of the best fishing and boating in the area. We have no problem with you bringing the boat for a couple of friend’s (or family) Fishing Vacation. The Angler’s Crest is a prefect Boating vacation home Located less than 15 minutes from the public boat ramp, Local Public Beach is located a short drive 15 minutes, and 10 minutes to downtown Jensen Beach which is filled with many delicious restaurants and nightlife in a small coastal town. Looking for quiet night at Angler’s Crest? We’ve got you covered with that also. You can spend a quiet night watching the sunset floating and drinking an ice cold drink in the private heated screened in pool by our outdoor fire-pit. While eating your fresh catch off the grill or cook an amazing dinner in our fully equipped kitchen. (All Boats and RV must be parked out of the Community)
Pinecrest Lake neighborhood is one of the most desirable quiet family friendly neighborhoods in Jensen Beach. This neighborhood has beautiful manicured sidewalk perfect for a scenic walk and great nature trails to explore can be found though out the whole community. Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

You must provide your own transportation.
All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ANGLER'S CREST HOUSE
These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only
GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night b

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
