Summary: Staff support was good! Continental breakfast was a joke. Not good at all. Our room contained a broken down recliner. Foot rest was broken in the middle and would not fold down. Back of it would not stay upright, used wall to rest it against. Hairdryer would not stay in bracket, kept falling onto counter, and power outlets would not hold your charging plugs. The ice machine was broken, came back to the room past the ice machine which apparently decided to disperse ice non stop and created a huge pile of ice on the carpet in the hallway which we immediately reported to staff. They did clean up everything and turned off the ice machine in short order. The TV volume could not be turned down. Find a better hotel for your stay.
