Positive: Beautiful and spacious apartment with all basics you need for a kitchen, two balconies, laundry machine, central near restaurants and local beach, friendly and welcoming host giving good tips.
Negative: Parking was very difficult due to busy holiday season in Italy, but not something that the host can do anything about. Room was slightly hot though there was AC, but manageable for three nights.
