Positive: Amazing hotel with excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We were traveling with our 6-month-old baby, and everyone went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast is à la carte, and each morning I went alone while my husband stayed in the room with our baby, who was waking up late due to jet lag. The staff kindly allowed me to order breakfast for him as well and take it back to the room. They were also very accommodating in preparing food for our baby, which we truly appreciated. The location is great too—surrounded by restaurants, spas, and shops, making everything very convenient. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also exceptional. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.
