Positive: Very good location -- walkable to Goerlitz centre Affordable price Easy to obtain apartment key (and easy to arrange with host) Room well-equipped (kitchen with fridge & dishwasher, bathtub) Very spacious!
Negative: Those travelling for work should seriously consider alternatives: - It is extremely difficult to obtain from the host an official invoice for the stay (which is needed for tax purposes for work travels) - The invoice that I obtained did not have sufficient information that my employer requires - Subsequently became exceedingly difficult to contain the host - At the end, I did not manage to get a sufficient invoice, which led to lots of extra paperworks
