Summary: Check in was completely virtual. You get your room number and your door is unlocked by a keypad which is actually the most convenient thing! I hate losing my room key cards and here you didn’t have to worry about that. When we checked in, the room was clean and looked like the pictures. However, it was cramped, the toilet was clogged, and the tv remote batteries were dead. I was able to text the hotel and request for all these line items to be fixed but their staff is not on site 24/7. The location at Aloha Fridays is extremely convenient. Everything was walkable. Great food options. Excellent service at Honey’s downstairs. We had a great time in Miami.
