Positive: Good location close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Room was clean staff friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was good dinner was okay
Negative: No bell boy, ten steps to the room carrying luggage wasn’t fun. Room was kinda small. We had dinner included in our room rate paid in advance only to find out that our menu choices was limited knowing there was another menu with better options was irritable and kind of discriminatory
Summary: Overall we had great time and stay with friendly staff if we visit Rome again we might stay there again
