Summary: We would have rated this VRBO as excellent if it were not for the cigarette smoking issue. It is listed as a non smoking property and even notes in the listing that one should not smoke on the balcony. The owner's father lives on the ground floor and is a chain smoker. The apartment we stayed in on the 3rd floor literally had a haze of smoke in the hallway in the evenings. You could not even escape for fresh air on the balcony as he smoked outside too. My daughter has asthma and it was very problematic. We contacted the owner about the smoke and she said she would take care of it ..but did not. If smoke does not bother you ... the place is exactly as advertised. Good value, spotlessly clean, nicely appointed furniture and a fabulous view. There is a bakery/mini grocery store that serves wonderful coffee just a one minute walk from the apartment. It takes about an hour to drive into Innsbruck.
