Positive: Very good location, 10 minutes drive to Asolo, 15 to Bassano del Grappa, 1 hour from the Mis valley, 10 minutes from the highway to Venice and airports. Large patio with a roof, so one can sit there even in drizzle. A separate laundry room, with a few washing machines and a dryer. Spacious common space to hide in case of bad weather. Stylish, rustic interiors. A few games available.
Negative: Hard to point to any serious disadvantage. The local town (Zenone) seems to organize a fiesta every night on weekends, which could be quite laud even at a distance, but that's simply local folklore.
Summary: Great place for family reunion, especially when renting more than one apartment.
