Positive: The room was clean and it was a central location in Ragusa Superiore but quite a long walk to Ibla especially in the sun. The hosts were helpful and gave us suggestions for transport and restaurants nearby.
Negative: It did not have a lift, the private bathroom was across the kitchen and reception so we had to walk out of the room to use the bathroom. It clearly stated luggage storage on the booking site but the storage was at a nearby cafe with closing time between 1 pm and 4.30pm. On the last day we had to carry the luggage with us as the times were not suitable for our plan. Breakfast was a hot drink and a pastry from the coffee shop nearby. If you want to use the kettle you can but you need to get the coffee, milk and tea yourself. We only had 2 large towels and 2 medium ones for 2 nights and the large towel was not replaced on Sunday morning.
