Positive: The staff is what made it amazing! First we met Justin at check in and immediately we loved the guy! Such a wonderful person! He was polite, professional and has a heart of gold. We will be back simply because of him. At checkout we met his manager and she was also excellent! We thanked them for the great experience and left tips for everyone! You've got a couple of keepers there and definitely should keep them there!
Negative: Shower door would not stay shut all of the way (room 317) literally the only silly little thing.
Summary: Absolutely wonderful stay and we WILL stay again for the next show we attend at van andel!
