Positive: Great location and price. You can only book last minute (up to 1 month before arrival), and pay nonrefundably upfront which is why it was still available considering price is very low for location.. Place is very clean and looks bigger because of high walls. Matresses are soft, there is a big fridge with freezer, nice AC, oven, lots of storage place and free parking place included in front of the place. Stairs to the beach are in front of the place, on the left, behind the private parking. Many stuning beaches to choose from and good food prices at "konzum" market. Owner was great
Negative: There are no mosqito netts on the window nor the front door (which are the only source or fresh air supply). There was no washing mashine nor the drying wreck. There is some space for drying clothes but not much. Neighbours were loud sometimes. There is no privacy in the front sitting space, so you can't really sit there comfurtably
