Welcome to Paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii!
Gorgeous Direct Ocean front condo located at Sea Village in the HIGHLY DESIRABLE ocean front building #3 (unit 3217). This unit is special because of its location within the complex. Due to its position, it is more prominent, allowing the ocean breeze to flow freely through out the condo. The condo does not have A/C.
This 1 bedroom condo directly over looks the pacific ocean with breathtaking views that leave guests SPEECHLESS!
Enjoy incredible sunsets, dolphins spinning, manta rays swimming, and wales migrating from the comfort of your own lanai.
A perfect place to sit back, relax, & enjoy every minute of your vacation.
The condo is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, tile floor throughout (No carpet!) and meticulously maintained. Attention to detail has been made to every aspect. The condo is very bright, and extremely clean.
The condo has 1 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Both renovated and updated. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with a brand new mattress, and 100% cotton sheets.
The bathroom has a gorgeous walk in tiled shower, and fun towels to add to the colourful palette.
The Kitchen is fully remodelled with silestone countertop & beautiful cabinetry. Fully equipped!
The condo grounds are landscaped beautifully. The pool & jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall, just feet from the ocean. The BBQ's and picnic tables are perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning sunsets while preparing your meals.
The condo is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the town of kona, 8 miles south of the airport, close to many stunning beaches, and golf courses. Need an easy first morning breakfast? Enjoy delicious kona brewed coffee, yummy smoothies and more at "Green Flash" conveniently located on the premise.
Topics to note:
1) Construction:
As with all buildings & towns - construction/maintenance is inevitable at certain times throughout the year. Construction/maintenance at the Sea Village complex or areas surrounding the condo is beyond our control. We do not offer refunds, relocations, or discounts for construction. If there is excessive noise beyond normal working hours (typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays), we will attempt to contact the construction site manager regarding working hours.
2) Bugs:
Some bugs are part of living in the tropics and can be present in even the cleanest accommodations. Therefore, routine insect spraying is part of life in the tropics. If treatment is scheduled during your stay, a notice will be posted in advance. Remove garbage regularly, and store all food in containers or in the refrigerator. If you do notice insects, please let us know and we'll have extra treatment done on the next monthly treatment cycle. Infestations will be treated ASAP.
3) Travel Insurance:
We STRONGLY recommend "cancel for any reason" travel insurance for our guests. We hope you understand, that as an individual owner, we cannot take on the role of travel insurer. We will only provide refunds in line with the VRBO cancellation policy. If you would like to be eligible to receive a refund beyond the VRBO cancellation policy for issues such as health or family emergencies, flight changes or cancellations, volcanic eruptions that do not threaten the condo, work schedule changes, the potential for reduced air quality, and more, please purchase coverage from your favorite travel insurer (we've had requests for refunds for almost all these reasons from guests who didn't purchase coverage).

Summary: For context, this is my 5th condo stay in the magical state of Hawaii (Maui, Kauai and Hawaii). The idea was initially foreign to me, as I thoroughly enjoyed hotels and resorts through the first 3 decades of vacationing in my adult life. Alas, hotels are cost prohibitive in Hawaii, a fact that was a rude awakening when planning my first trip to Maui years ago. Where dollars and cents are concerned however, adaptation is the rule, so Vrbo it is, and gladly!Now then, it is on or about day 3 when condo life in Hawaii starts to feel like home as your vacation routine takes shape. Here, the hosts have done a fantastic job with the space. It is neither gaudy nor dated. It is an open floor concept with clean, sharp lines and feels like modern day Hawaii should.With all that being said however, the interior of the unit is but the opening act, the view and sounds of the ocean on the balcony is 100% the main attraction. Yes, this is where time stands still, so bring your tired, broken down soul and get recharged near a sea of tranquility, literally. It is serene, it is surreal. It is the epitome of what a Hawaiian vacation should be; paradisal. This unit is a true gem, and if you've read this far, you can end the dizzying search of where to stay on the Big Island and enter your dates and lock this bad boy up right now. Aloha
