Located in the heart of LA, this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath bungalow home with front porch and a backyard patio is just miles away from DTLA, Arts District, USC and the Sports and Entertainment Center of the World, CRYPTO ARENA!
Welcome and feel at home to this charming newly remodelled Bungalow, 2 bedroom 2 bath, ideal for a small family, couples, or friends wanting to taste the experience of living in one of the world’s most popular cities. Get ready to check off all the places on your bucket list, coz this home is just minutes away from the famous attractions LA has to offer. Eateries and public transportation are less than three minute walking distance. Your safety is our priority! This lovely home is located just accross Police Station, so you will feel more safe while enjoying your stay. There are cameras at the front and back of the property for added security. But none on common areas for guests privacy.
A cozy and modern designed living room with comfortable seating equipped with 50” 4k HDTV, free wifi and Netflix for entertainment. Feel the clean air and positive vibe with air-purifying plants to give the room a breath of fresh air. Newly installed air-conditioning will give you a cool feel especially during summer season.
Both bedrooms have a queen- sized bed, night stands, table lamps, and a chair. Extra bedsheets and comforters are provided. Master bedroom has a recliner chair that can be converted to a small bed. Both rooms have newly installed split-type airconditioning unit.
Bathrooms are cleaned and well-sanitized. Towels and essential bathroom supplies are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances: gas oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, hot water kettle, non-stick pots/pans and cooking utensils.
Dining room has a wooden dining table set, seats up to six people. Enjoy dining with these sleek and modern white Mikasa dinnerware paired with elegant silverware.
Laundry and washer are conveniently located in the property. Laundry soaps and fabric softeners are provided.
Front porch has a wooden bench to enjoy the sunrise while drinking your coffee. While back of the house has an abundant space to relax and unwind after a long day. Backyard is surrounded with wooden fence to keep your privacy and peacefulness of the whole property.
