Positive: The location of the B&B is great. Very close to the metro station that takes you to most of the popular attractions. Also, there are two stores nearby and a few fast food places on the same street. Nearby is a great bar that serves aperitivo (recommend). If you are coming from the Fiumicino airport it is very convenient as the train stops very close to the building. The host was very kind and accommodating. Gave us very helpful information about getting to the B&B from the airport and exploring the city. The best part of the room was the balcony, which was great for the morning coffee and evening drinks and relaxing after a long day. Host also provides free bottles of cold water for everyone, which is greatly appreciated after a hot summer's day.
Negative: Only downside was the noise. Building itself is a bit older and could use better sound isolation and Rome is unbelievably noisy with constant sirens.
