The apartment boasts spectacular ocean views of the Maroochydore surf beach and coral sea and is in the middle of Cotton Tree. It’s self-contained, and furnished in a modern-day, coastal feel. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, spa-bath and TV and the second bedroom has two king singles that can be converted to a king bed. The main bathroom is ensuited to the second bedroom.
The large balcony, with a well-appointed outdoor table and chairs and a sun-lounge, showcases North-east with sunrises directly over the ocean. You’ll look south to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba and Point Cartwright and north to the mouth of the Maroochy River, Pincushion Island and beyond. The sea breeze on your balcony at night provides the much-needed holiday respite while looking south to the calming flicker of the Alex and Mooloolaba lights.
