Guest ID Verification + Fraud Prevention + Damage Protection Deposit Policy:
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through an industry leading insurance provider, Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our vacation rentals with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be asked to authorize a damage protection deposit for up to $500 via our insurance provider Superhog in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small service fee of $10.

Summary: We had an issue with cooling the living area of the house but the management company was outstanding in getting a new unit delivered and installed within a few hours. The rest of our stay was most enjoyable. We enjoyed visiting family and seeing the sights around Springs.
