(License number ETV / 537) Typical Mallorcan country house near Pollença with a beautiful garden. The Finca Can Teulada has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread over three levels. On the ground floor is the cozy living-dining room with open kitchen. The living room is cozy and bright, with fireplace and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is also very bright and has a spacious storage room. Directly at the open kitchen you can comfortably dine with twelve people. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, direct access to the terrace and air conditioning. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all individually decorated with love. One of the double rooms has a bathroom en suite with a large shower. On the first floor there is another bathroom with bath. All bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have air conditioning, unfortunately not in the living-dining area. In the basement of the country house there is a small apartment with another two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You have a small living-dining room with open kitchen. The bedrooms are both with two single beds. In this level there is no air conditioning, but fans. The garden with private pool is an absolute holiday dream! The exclusive overflow pool with waterfall look is an absolute eye-catcher! Plenty of sun loungers, very beautiful and tropical vegetation and the large lawn give it a unique touch. The covered terrace with its large wooden table offers enough space for everyone to enjoy the summer evenings. Throughout the house you have Wi-Fi and ping-pong table.
