This charming Florida home, located inthe Serenity Community, is situated in beautiful, sunny Dune Allen Beach. This beautiful two-story Florida home has a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, and will offer you and your whole family the peace and tranquility of the perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is just minutes from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A!
Beautiful hardwood floors, Granite counter-tops, Shiplap Walls, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for up to 6 guest with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open-plan Living and Dining Room offer plenty of room for entertaining the whole family, with plenty of room on the couch around the large, wall-mounted TV. Additionally, every bedroom boasts it's own TV, so no fighting over remotes on this vacation!
The master bedroom is located on the first floor; sporting a king-sized bed and a private, luxurious bathroom, complete a double vanity, Shower/Tub combo. The second floor holds three additional bedrooms: a second Master Suite with a king-sized bed and a private Bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, guest bedroom with a queen size bed and one bunk room. The bunk bedroom shares a bathroom together the guest bedroom containing dual vanities and a Shower/Tub Combo. The bunk room holds two bunk beds, one of them being custom built pirate ship! The bunk room provides the perfect space for the Kid's to hang out! If you need even more spaces to sleep, the loft area has a full and twin bed which has a mounted television and closet space.
'Happily Ours' is conveniently positioned in the community of Serenity at Dune Allen Beach, centrally located along 30A among the Beaches of South Walton, an area long celebrated for its eclectic cuisine, unique boutique shopping, scenic bike and foot paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the Gulf Coast has to offer! It's is a short walk or bike ride to Gulf Place Town Center, hosting a plethora of local shops and artists. Use the provided bikes to cruise the Timpoochee bike trail (which runs parallel to scenic highway 30A). Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A is the perfect place to celebrate your family’s next beach vacation!
