NOTE: There is no RV provided by owners, this is a vacant lot available to rent for owners of RVs.
Calling all RV owners, especially those with boats too! Are you looking for a place to park your camper AND BOAT?! Our campsite is setup with the ability to house your camper and boat! You can come and get away from the hustle and bustle of busy hotels and campgrounds! Easy entry and exit (loop driveway design for convenience in mind), pole barn (48x30) to house your camper with full hookup (septic, water, and electric) and boat. 2 spots to wash and clean your boat. 1 spot under barn has 30/50 amp hookup and 1 spot has 30 amp, you can choose the one that best fits your need and use the other to store your boat, out of the elements. Rental includes electricity, water, sewer, lighted firepit, fish cleaning station, outdoor sink, black stone grill, Cajun Joe fry station, indoor/outdoor screen room, full size refrigerator, and garbage pickup. Campsite is located 5 miles away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, right on the line between Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach. Boats are welcome - there is great fishing and scalloping nearby with a deep water boat launch located at the Mexico Beach boat launch and canal. There is nearby shopping and dining located on Hwy 98 across from the beach as well as in Port St. Joe, FL. We are also less than a mile from the intercostal waterway, which you can travel by boat to Apalachicola, FL, or Panama City, FL, or all the way to Destin, FL. Enjoy waterfront dining at the White Marlin, in St. Joe, or visit one of the food trucks or two of our favorites, Shipwreck Raw Bar or Mango Marley's. You will find a dollar-store, market, and liquor store, less than 5 miles away, a gas station, an ice cream shop, and the restaurants.
Outdoor video surveillance may be activated by owner for security purposes. Kids and pets are always welcome. Please pickup after your pets. Garbage pickup is on Thursday. When you leave pull garbage to road at edge of driveway.
