Located in the heart of downtown yet set aside in a quiet neighborhood, you can walk to the Olympic Training Center, Memorial Hospital, Boulder Park, Memorial Park or grab a bike from the Pike Ride stand and head on a short ride to all the best shopping, restaurants, and events in downtown Colorado Springs. Plus+ there is a wonderful park and playground less than 1 minute away.

WIND BELL FACTORY:
Originally used as a wind bell factory, this large home has many one-of-a-kind features that will make your stay both relaxing and memorable. Step inside to be inspired by the history and majesty of Colorado Springs and enjoy making memories with your family that will last a lifetime.
HOUSE:
Designed for Your Comfort - Keep warm and cozy in the winter with central forced-air heat on the main floor and individually controlled electric baseboard heat on the second floor. We install window AC units in all bedrooms and living areas to help maintain a comfortable stay during the warmer months.
5 BEDROOMS & 4 BATHROOMS:
All bedrooms in this house feature KING beds!
- Main floor master suite complete with king bed and ensuite bathroom with rain shower.
- The second floor contains the remaining 4 bedrooms, all of which have KING sized beds! One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom has an attached balcony.
There are 2 additional shared bathrooms, including one with a European soaking tub and rain shower on the second floor.
LIVING:
The main level features a large living room with large sectional and full sized sofa so everyone can enjoy the game or latest movie together on the 75” smart TV. We provide streaming tv service, which will connect you with most sports, news, and movie options or you can also connect into your own apps. The property is equipped with high speed WIFI for those working virtually. The sofa has a convertible full sleeper and provided linens.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The expansive kitchen is well equipped to make cooking at home a pleasurable experience. You’ll find granite counters, more cabinets and supplies than could ever be needed, a gas range, and stainless appliances. There are two primary dining areas - one indoors and one in the outdoor patio - both of which seat 12. You'll enjoy sitting under the chalkboard ceiling with an image of the topography of Pikes Peak.
LAUNDRY:
The laundry room contains 2 washers and dryers to help keep up with the dirty clothes you create while exploring the mountains.
ENTERTAINMENT:
The house features several fun entertainment options for your visit:
- Checkers board game nook for that epic checkers or chess game
- Second floor features another game area with foosball table, board games, bar top and small smart TV, also equipped with Hulu Live.
- Outdoor patio - Enjoy the 300+ days of sunshine in Colorado Springs by barbecuing and eating at the 12-top picnic table on the outdoor patio.

There are 2 offstreet parking spots available in the alley, as well as onstreet parking directly in front of the house.

To help maintain a tranquil setting, we use a noise monitoring device which is 100% privacy compliant and endorsed by VRBO. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) so that our home is being used for residential purposes, not wild parties. RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Upon reservation confirmation, Guest will need to complete a Rental Agreement which outlines the terms and conditions for use of our property. This is the same as the terms listed on VRBO but we require your signature as a condition of our permit with the city.
