5 Bedroom House in Gainesville

Great for families and groups of friends traveling together - in a neighborhood walking distance to the UF Stadium and midtown bars and restaurants.
Visiting Gainesville for UF sports, graduation, Shands, or sightseeing? We have the perfect place for you. Come back and relax after your event- or watch your event from the flat-screen TV in the living room. The house is newly renovated as of the fall of 2016 (it's 2900 SF heated/ cooled).
The house has a detached guest house. It can be rented along with the 5 bedroom home, or rented out by itself. The only shared space is the courtyard. The guest house has its own driveway on the other side of the block.
Less than half a mile from UF Campus and to the Ben Hill Griffin Football Stadium (The Swamp) and the O'Connell Center for basketball. We are also just a 15 minutes drive from La Chua Trail (a Florida State Park) where you are guaranteed to see 1 to 100 alligators. Also just minutes from the Florida Museum of Natural History, the University of Florida Performing Arts Center, and the Harn Museum of Art.
The owner runs a company, Southern Comfort Properties, with 50 short-term rentals and has full-time staff as well- we specialize in great service and we are professionals.
