Summary: We came for a family vacation and to see my daughter graduate from UCF. The check in was super easy and exactly as stated in the instructions. The house was super clean and was cool as compared to the FL heat. The kids jumped in the pool immediately and spent a large part of our vacation there. The house is centrally located to the major parks/collages/Kennedy Space Center and a convent drive to Tampa as well. There are several natural springs in the area that I highly recommend for those hot FL afternoons. On the second day we had a small issue with the hot water and Giovanni had a plumber to the house and the issue fixed in under three hours. Never a question or anything like that just got it fixed so we could enjoy our trip. ROCK STAR HOST. If you are traveling to the Orlando area with kids RENT THIS HOUSE you will not be sorry.
