The house was built as an industrial shop in the 1940's and has been beautifully renovated into a one of a kind residential space while preserving much of the original character. The main room has soaring vaulted ceilings, original exposed brick, beautiful stained concrete floors, and much more. The property has full-size kitchen with standard-sized appliances and a washer/dryer. Other features include a King-size Tuft & Needle bed, 50" TV, high-speed internet/WIFI, an outdoor deck and covered front porch, and private off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Property is located on a private lot and is available for monthly rental only. The rate for monthly rental that includes all utilities averages $2,250 per month.
