Private gated community of 24 houses.Close to Alicante or Murcia airports. Good selection of local restaurants, bars,supermarkets plus weekly Saturday market in walking distance. Quiet residential area. Great beach activities. Local and regional bus/coach services. Warm winters for longer stays and hot summers. Flat terrain for easy cycling and walking.
