Travel cot, highchair and 2 stairgates available on request. Welcome pack. External utility room with washing machine and American fridge / freezer. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.. As you enter Cherrycombe Barn on the ground floor you have the benefit of an open plan kitchen/dining area with doors which look out towards the front of the property, with views of the wild garden and across over the fields. There is also the cosy living room with wood burner and plenty of seating. There is a staircase located in the kitchen/dining area as well as in the living room, handy for accessing the first floor from both ends of the property. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin, one of the double rooms has an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and completes the property. The outside area is not enclosed, but is a beautiful, relaxing space to just sit and look out over the various plants and shrubs as well as the nearby fields. There is also an external utility where the washing machine is located along with a large American fridge freezer (with cold water/ice). This is a very handy space for airing the laundry or drying walking boots etc. There are dog towels available too.
