2,000 sq ft on split level--Walk-in entry level has 1 bed, 1 bath. The upper level includes an open floor plan -with a full kitchen, dining room that seats 6, living room and lanai. Off the living room is a Master bedroom with en suite bath and lanai, and AC wall unit. Downstairs you'll find the laundry room with washer and dryer, next to the 2nd larger Master bedroom with en suite bath (shower and tub) and another lanai. There are 3 AC wall units one in each Master bedroom and one in the living room that sufficiently cool the house. There is also a garage and next to the house a designated parking spot for the home. Guest parking is first come first serve. Near the house within a short walk is the community pool with jacuzzi and barbeque grills.
