Summary: Look, we arrived after dark after a long drive with a 3 year old, and the combo to the door didn't work. Then we emailed host and she put us on hold for a minute, then came back with a new code, and stayed on phone with us while we checked it. Still, giving the guest the correct code is really really important, and ... it didn't happen !
